Tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 alan\u0131nda yukar\u0131da isimleri zikredilen eserlere ek olarak ilgili literat\u00fcrde yer alan baz\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n temel sorunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde tespit edilip incelenmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda kuramlar ve bunlardan yararlanma(ma) (Reyhan, 2016),<br>\u2022\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan anlat\u0131 tarz\u0131n\u0131n ve diyakronik zaman yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n meydana getirdi\u011fi olumsuzluklar (Safran ve \u015eim\u015fek, 2011),<br>\u2022\tKesintisiz bir zamansal s\u00fcreklili\u011fi, idealizmi, devlet merkezli bir anlat\u0131la sunan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda olu\u015fturdu\u011fu tutars\u0131zl\u0131k, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yorum ve kurgu (\u015eim\u015fek ve Esmen, 2021),<br>\u2022\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Avrupamerkezci yakla\u015f\u0131m ve bunun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar (Haushofer, 2013; Amin, 1989; Alaca, 2017:52; \u015eim\u015fek, 2007; Berikan ve \u015eim\u015fek, 2011; \u015eim\u015fek, 2013),<br>\u2022\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda siyasi ve dini ideolojilerin etkisi ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar (Copeaux, 2000; Ersanl\u0131, 2018; Kad\u0131o\u011flu, 2020; Toprak, 2011),<br>\u2022\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda ge\u00e7erlik ve g\u00fcvenirlik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri ve gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar (C\u00fcc\u00fck, 2017),<br>\u2022\tTarihaz\u0131m\u0131nda nedensellik ve nesnellik olgular\u0131na ili\u015fkin sorunlar (Collingwood, 1996; Tosh, 1997),<br>\u2022\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda \u00f6teki ve \u00f6tekile\u015ftirme sorunu (Berktay ve Tuncer, 2007; \u015eim\u015fek ve Alaslan, 2014).<br><\/p><p>Tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerine temel olarak ifade edilen bu sorunlara yenilerini ekleyerek listeyi geni\u015fletmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bununla birlikte bu sorunlardan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak olu\u015fturulan ve planlanan e\u011fitim etkinli\u011finde yer alan teorik konular \u015fu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r:<br><\/p>\n<p>\uf0d8\tTarih Nedir, Tarih Neden Yaz\u0131l\u0131r? Ne i\u015fe Yarar?<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Anahtar Kavramlar,<br>\uf0d8\tGe\u00e7mi\u015ften G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze D\u00fcnyada Tarih Yaz\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br>\uf0d8\tGe\u00e7mi\u015ften G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Tarih Yaz\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda \u0130deoloji Sorunu,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Nesnellik Sorunu,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda \u2018\u00d6teki\u2019 Problemi ve Anlat\u0131da \u00d6tekile\u015ftirme Fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Avrupamerkezcilik Sorunu,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Anlat\u0131 Sorunu,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Teori Sorunu,<br>\uf0d8\tTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda Ge\u00e7erlik- G\u00fcvenirlik Olgusuna \u0130li\u015fkin Sorunlar,<br>\uf0d8\tTarih Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve Yaz\u0131m\u0131nda Etik.<\/p>\n<p>       Burada ifade edilen her teorik boyutla ilgili olarak e\u011fitim i\u00e7erikleri haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra belirlenen teorik ve problem temelli bu e\u011fitim i\u00e7eriklerine dair uygulamal\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinin takip edilmesi hedeflendi\u011finden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc -\u00f6\u011frenme-\u00f6\u011fretme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere- her sorun alan\u0131na dair \u00f6rnekler ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131 tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yukar\u0131daki konular\u0131 kapsayan derslerin, tasarlanan bu \u00f6rneklerle ve uygulama etkinlikleriyle kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara sunulmas\u0131, hem e\u011fitmenin hem de \u00f6\u011frenenin \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinde aktif bir bi\u00e7imde rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ve konu alan\u0131nda uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bilinen e\u011fitimciler taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecek e\u011fitim s\u00fcreci, uzmanlar\u0131n saha deneyimleriyle harmanlanarak m\u00fczakere ortam\u0131nda i\u015flenecektir. B\u00f6ylelikle tarih b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde lisans ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc programlarda genelde yer bulamam\u0131\u015f konulara ili\u015fkin tarih\u00e7i adaylar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, baz\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne katk\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>       E\u011fitim etkinli\u011fine kat\u0131lacak lisans\u00fcst\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n, tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgi, beceri ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu sorunlara dair \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitim sonunda geli\u015ftirmi\u015f olmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Etkinlik neticesinde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n teori ve prati\u011fi birle\u015ftirerek kendi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda uygulayabilecekleri \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. E\u011fitimin yayg\u0131n etkisi ba\u011flam\u0131nda e\u011fitim etkinli\u011fi sonunda t\u00fcm kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n ve e\u011fitmenlerin ortak ve interaktif bir bi\u00e7imde payla\u015f\u0131mda bulunabilmelerine y\u00f6nelik olarak Whatsapp ve Google e-mail grubu olu\u015fturulacak ve 12 ay s\u00fcresince s\u00fcrekli olarak kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara bu kanallar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla e-ment\u00f6rl\u00fck deste\u011fi verilecektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde kazand\u0131klar\u0131 bilgi, beceri ve donan\u0131mlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek hayatta uygulamaya sokma s\u00fcrecinde bir nevi dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmeti sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>E\u011fitim program\u0131nda ders verecek akademisyenler, konular\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapm\u0131\u015f, tarihyaz\u0131m alan\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f, edit\u00f6ryal olarak haz\u0131rlanan Tarih Nas\u0131l Yaz\u0131l\u0131r? ve Tarih \u0130\u00e7in Metodoloji ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n yazarlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu iki kitap halen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcniversitelerin pek \u00e7ok tarih b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde \u00f6zellikle metodoloji derslerinde ders kitab\u0131 olarak okutulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>       Bu e\u011fitim etkinli\u011finin ilki 30 ki\u015filik bir kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 gruba 01.09.2022 \u2013 05.05.2022 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 5 (tam) g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle ZOOM platformunda \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Alan\u0131nda uzman 12 akademisyenin e\u011fitmen olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olarak kat\u0131lmak isteyen toplamda 231 aday ba\u015fvuru yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 se\u00e7imindeki kriterlere ve kontenjan s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131na g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k bu say\u0131n\u0131n %13\u2019\u00fc yani 30 ki\u015fi etkinli\u011fe se\u00e7ilebilmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7ok daha fazla lisans\u00fcst\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131ya ula\u015farak bu etkinli\u011fin tekrarlanmas\u0131 planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>       \u00d6te yandan etkinlik sonunda, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecini de\u011ferlendirebilmeleri i\u00e7in bir anket y\u00f6nlendirilmi\u015f ve ki\u015fisel bilgilerini payla\u015fmadan bu anketi doldurmalar\u0131 istenmi\u015ftir. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmeleri neticesinde etkinli\u011fin \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 olarak her bir kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n program\u0131n kendileri i\u00e7in verimli oldu\u011funu belirtmeleri, etkinlik program\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131, e\u011fitimcilerin alan uzman\u0131 ki\u015filer olarak olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenme \u00f6\u011fretme s\u00fcreci organize etti\u011fi, bu e\u011fitimin mesleki ve bireysel anlamda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans olarak kendilerine ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki olumlu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri neredeyse t\u00fcm kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fczerinde uzla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler olmu\u015ftur. Al\u0131nan geri bildirimlerin de teyit etmesinden hareketle bu e\u011fitim etkinli\u011finin tekrarlanmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>        S\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitim etkinli\u011finin ikincisi, 28 ki\u015filik bir kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 gruba 25.01.2023 \u2013 29.01.2023 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 5 (tam) g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle ZOOM platformunda \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olarak verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130lkiyle ayn\u0131 e\u011fitici kadrosunun (alan\u0131nda uzman 12 akademisyen) e\u011fitmen olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Etkinlikte kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olarak yer almak isteyen toplamda 286 aday ba\u015fvuru yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 se\u00e7imindeki kriterlere ve kontenjan s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131na g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k bu say\u0131n\u0131n %9,8\u2019i yani 28 ki\u015fi etkinli\u011fe se\u00e7ilebilmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu etkinli\u011fin belirli aral\u0131klarla tekrarlanmas\u0131 ve \u00e7ok daha fazla lisans\u00fcst\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131ya ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hususu \u00f6nem arz etti\u011fi daha net anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p>        Belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere daha \u00f6nce iki defa yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan bu etkinli\u011fin daha nitelikli bir boyutta devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in her defas\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara y\u00f6neltilen etkinlik de\u011ferlendirme formu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla onlar\u0131n yorum, de\u011ferlendirme ve \u00f6nerileri al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fctleri e\u011fitimin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ba\u015fvurusu olan bu ba\u015fvurumuzda dikkate al\u0131narak gerekli d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>       Sonu\u00e7 olarak \u00f6nceki e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden beklenen ba\u015far\u0131 ve faydan\u0131n en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinin ard\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok lisans\u00fcst\u00fc tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n istifade edebilmesine olanak sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in e\u011fitim etkinli\u011finin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fczenlenmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir.
