Bu ba\u011flamda tarihin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmesi her \u015feyden \u00f6nce tarih\u00e7iye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r denilebilir. Tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve eserlerinde tarih\u00e7inin rol\u00fc niteliksel anlamda da kendini g\u00f6sterir. Bu durum, Carr\u2019\u0131n (1993) dedi\u011fi gibi tarih kadar tarih\u00e7inin de incelenmeye de\u011fer oldu\u011funa delalet eder. Tarih\u00e7inin, tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve eser ortaya koyma s\u00fcrecinde nas\u0131l davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, hangi etmenlerden etkilendi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klama g\u00f6revi ise tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131na (historiography) d\u00fc\u015fer.<\/p><p>\nTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki belirli bir toplum, devlet veya medeniyette var olan olay ve olgular\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131ran s\u00fcre\u00e7teki y\u00f6ntem, kuram ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda in\u015fa edilen metindeki anlat\u0131lar\u0131, bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve metin olu\u015fturma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u00f6zne olan tarih\u00e7ileri, ele\u015ftirel bir bi\u00e7imde analiz eden, akademik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 olarak tarif etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bir di\u011fer ifadeyle tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131, tarih\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine odakl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir inceleme sahas\u0131na sahiptir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede insana ve insan\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu medeniyete dair tarihsel yorumlar\u0131n ve kavramlar\u0131n \u00fcretimini de inceler.<\/p><p>\nTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131, Bat\u0131\u2019da 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131ndan itibaren profesyonel bir akademik disiplin olarak faaliyet g\u00f6steren tarih disiplini konu edinir. Daha \u00f6ncesi benzer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma konular\u0131 ise genellikle tarih yaz\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde a\u00e7\u0131klanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130ngilizce literat\u00fcrde olduk\u00e7a kapsaml\u0131 ve derinlikli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e literat\u00fcrde hen\u00fcz yeni yeni konu\u015fulmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.  T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren Tarih Vakf\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere baz\u0131 sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin giri\u015fimleriyle d\u00fczenlenen baz\u0131 sempozyumlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde konu edilmi\u015f, baz\u0131 yay\u0131nevlerinin \u00e7eviri a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 kitap yay\u0131nlar\u0131yla tan\u0131nmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131.org platformu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar\u0131 ve edit\u00f6ryal kitap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 dergisiyle konu oda\u011f\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak ve yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u015feklinde bir ivme kazanm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir. Hen\u00fcz hak etti\u011fi de\u011feri tam olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir alan olmasa da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, hem tarih\u00e7ili\u011fe katk\u0131s\u0131 hem de m\u00fcstakil-akademik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 olarak yay\u0131nlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flanmas\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcn ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar \u00fcretilmesi ba\u011flam\u0131nda bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fi nokta olduk\u00e7a umut vericidir. Bu durumun olu\u015fmas\u0131nda tarih alan\u0131 yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 doktoral\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n yurda d\u00f6nd\u00fckten sonra getirdikleri yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 network imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisi kadar ilki Nisan 2013\u2019te dokuzuncusu ise May\u0131s 2022\u2019de Sivas\u2019ta d\u00fczenlenen periyodik \u201cTarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftaylar\u0131\u201dn\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir pay\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylarda ve bunlar\u0131n vesilesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 (2011), Tarih nas\u0131l yaz\u0131l\u0131r, Tarih Yaz\u0131m\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Bir Metodoloji (2011), Tarih i\u00e7in Metodoloji (2011), T\u00fcrk Tarih\u00e7ileri (2016), D\u00fcnyada Tarih\u00e7ilik (2017), Ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrk Tarih\u00e7ileri (2017), T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Tarih E\u011fitimi (2017), Akademik Tarih\u00e7ilik (2017), D\u00fcnyada T\u00fcrk \u0130maj\u0131 (2018), T\u00fcrk Tarihinin ve Tarih\u00e7ili\u011finin Meseleleri (2019), Modern T\u00fcrkiye Tarihi (2019), Tarih Ders Kitaplar\u0131nda \u0130majlar: Devletler Halklar Ki\u015filer (2019) ve T\u00fcrk Tarih\u00e7ili\u011finde Tezler Teoriler (2020), D\u00fcnyada Tarih\u00e7ili\u011fin G\u00fcndemi, Tarih Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Yaz\u0131m\u0131nda Disiplinleraras\u0131 Yakla\u015f\u0131mlar gibi akademik eserlerde tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131na tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla tarih alan\u0131nda daha nitelikli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n ortaya konulabilmesini sa\u011flamak \u00f6ncelikli bir konu olarak g\u00f6zetilmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu giri\u015fim ve etkinliklere ra\u011fmen, tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerin lisans ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc tarih programlar\u0131nda dersler aras\u0131nda hen\u00fcz beklenen yeri edinemedi\u011fi, tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ya tarih yaz\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da \u00e7o\u011funlukla tarih metodolojisinin bir m\u00fctemmim c\u00fcz\u00fc olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu nedenle tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 alan\u0131na ili\u015fkin fark\u0131ndal\u0131k geli\u015ftiremeyen lisans \u00f6\u011frencilerinde ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131larda bu alana ili\u015fkin ciddi bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bilgi ve beceri eksikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca bu olumsuz durumun, tarih disiplini \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00fcretilen ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara ve yay\u0131nlara da yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir.<\/p><p>\nBu gerek\u00e7elerden hareketle geli\u015ftirilen bu e\u011fitim etkinli\u011finin amac\u0131; lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenim a\u015famas\u0131nda olan tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131na; tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgi, beceri ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip olarak alanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelmelerini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Tarih alan\u0131nda evrensel \u00e7apta nitelikli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar v\u00fccuda getirilmesini te\u015fvik etmek ve tarih\u00e7i adaylar\u0131n\u0131n tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlara ve bu sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine katk\u0131 sunarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmek ve nihai kertede onlar\u0131n bilimsel geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131da bulunmakt\u0131r. Buradan hareketle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tarih alan\u0131ndaki lisans\u00fcst\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n formal ders olarak g\u00f6remedikleri tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan ana sorunlara ve bu sorular\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerine ili\u015fkin teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 bir deneyim kazanmalar\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede formal e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011frenim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde g\u00f6rmedikleri konular\u0131, sorun odakl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde fark ederek, tarihyaz\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ili\u015fkin bilgi, beceri ve donan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirebilmelerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak hedeflenmektedir.
